The owner was super rude, as we entered there was a line up of clients waiting for their truck, the owner rudely told us that the system is not working and there is nothing he can do about it. He asked me to get out of the store and wait until the system responds during super cold winters. on a minus 22 day. When the clients were annoyed because of his behaviour then he told everybody including us to get out and call U-haul customer support. The guy also said do whatever you want and get out of here. Very disappointing with the way he treated us.
