No person present on site to give me the vehicle and I had to wait 15 mins for info on how to get access. The vehicle was covered in cardboard and plaster when I received it.

I got over charged for the mileage that I didn't even drive! I will never be using u haul again!
Usman A.No problems with the service at the location except that I ordered a dolly and they had none. The inside of the truck was wet, presumably from rain the night before. Wiping down the truck is an unexpected curve on a busy moving day.
