The U-Haul app assigned me to this location to pick up a truck, but when I arrived the staff initially said they didn’t even have the truck that was reserved for me. I had to call customer service to sort it out. After the call, they suddenly said the truck was available. Another major issue was the condition of the yard. It was covered in black ice and looked like it hadn’t been cleared all winter. It was extremely unsafe—my friend slipped twice while we were there. Overall, the experience was frustrating and the location felt poorly maintained and unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
