Looks like equipments needs proper cleaning and maintenance. I rented a trailer with ramp, the ramp safety lock need to be hummered in order to be opened.

I booked at exactly 2pm, got to the location and it was closed, I waited for over 35minutes and when he came he had a bad attitude.

Just parking can be better managed with signs. Like personal car parking lot, only uhaul parking lot. Something like that would be easier during off hours drop off. Thats it. Other than that, amazing service
Dhruv PSafety expired 01/26 on asking the shop guy told it is fine. Fuel left not upto mark before me. Had to fill up extra for a guy before me. Told the guy on reception he did nothing.
