The gentleman at this location was very nice and helped hookup the trailer to our tow vehicle. Unfortunately, that was the only good experience.Within 10 minutes of picking up the trailer I received a call from U-Haul’s main office that I had not provided my driver’s license and that they would send me a link via text. I responded to the text with pictures of both sides of my DL. Within 30 minutes, I was sent the below text You have failed to upload your driver’s license and have not paid for the trailer. We have attempted to contact you, and you have not responded. As a result, the trailer is being reported as stolen. I spoke with you at approximately 10:30 AM. It is now 11:00 AM, and no action has been taken. You are required to return all U‑Haul equipment immediately or contact us at once to resolve this matter. 1) I didn’t steal the trailer as it was connected by a U-Haul employee and he watched me leave never once asking for any identification or payment . 2) I had provided my credit card information when I booked the reservation. I will NEVER use UHaul again after being treated like a criminal.

Debra RIts out of the way and we were sent there due to equipment "not available" where we booked from. (THERE WERE AT LEAST 7 SITTING THERE) I'm very disappointed with Uhaul overall and will not be using in the future. Over priced, rude employees at Washington PA location. Given run around. Had to go to two different sites to get truck and moving supplies. Will not recommend.
Jeannette CHis computer was not working guy in front of me was there for 30+ min before I got there he said. The computer kept freezing and took forever to complete task. Than after about 25 min if me standing there he finally called another location and that lady was able to get both of us checked in and on our way within 10 min. Neither of us got any paper work. So thankfully I checked my online acct and noticed my drop off changed location.
