The lock box wasn’t set for pick up, the entire truck was covered in snow, I was charged $45 for gas when we used 1/8 of a tank, and we never received the dolly that I paid for and had to end up purchasing one to complete our move. I wouldn’t recommend this to a single person

Uhaul app and cust service gave me no indication about pickup process . Wasted alot of my time

Jean EThe location itself was good but I had zero information from U-Haul itself. I called the pickup location and they were the ones who advised me I had to download your app. I had received a call from someone at U-Haul earlier in the week and she never told me what I needed to do. Once in the app and checked in, it told me I had to see a representative to get the key but again, there was no one there. I had to call your 800 number to get the code to the box where the key was. After I finally got the key, the furniture pads I had ordered with the truck rental were not there but I was charged for them.
