Building was locked upon drop off. Had to walk up to the building door to see U-Haul dropbox. Was confused when I pulled into the driveway.

Charged me for gas when I brought the truck back the same way I got it. Never physically spoke to anyone working at this location before or after drop-off. Didn't hear from anyone on the phone either. This particular location are frauds
JOSHUA Jensure all equipment ordered is in the truck. I ordered an appliance dolly and a dozen pads neither were in the truck. They later refunded the cost of those items.
Michael VI asked for blankets and they weren’t in the truck. I was charged for them. I really needed them so it was frustrating That they weren’t there.
Tina FDon't charge more and then say you will reverse some fees but then instead of doing that charge late payment fees
