The location itself was good but I had zero information from U-Haul itself. I called the pickup location and they were the ones who advised me I had to download your app. I had received a call from someone at U-Haul earlier in the week and she never told me what I needed to do. Once in the app and checked in, it told me I had to see a representative to get the key but again, there was no one there. I had to call your 800 number to get the code to the box where the key was. After I finally got the key, the furniture pads I had ordered with the truck rental were not there but I was charged for them.

My phone didn't scan location. I ended up using my neighbors Apple phone and it worked.
Angela DThere was no gas in my vehicle. I took a picture of there being no gas in the vehicle. I returned the vehicle with more gas than I received the vehicle and you all still charged me for gas. This was a ridiculous experience.
Isaac MYour app is awful. So hard to use to to drop off vehicle. Kept glitching and making me restart.
Mark MAs phone record will show this was a very stressful process. One two days before I was to pick up the truck on the 22 Dec a "Uhaul rep" called and said I would not be able to rent from the location I planned on renting. 1 month prior I went on the website and rented the vehicle to pick up 1 mile from my apartment. 2 Days before I get the call and I have to rent 15 miles from my apartment. I returned the vehicle with 7/8 full. Then the pick-up process was atrocious. Virtual is good when it works, I suppose as phone records show this was all but perfect. I talked to 6 people and two talked to my 2nd person to prove it was me picking up the truck. The license picture would not scan lying flat holding it nothing. Finally, after asking for a manager of the last lady and she said it verified but the website didn't produce the key combo. Si i was given the code to get the key. Mind you this was a 9 am pick up and I finally got the key at 1030. The truck was fine with the exception of of being 13 miles to empty and I returned the vehicle with 7/8 full. My suggestion is figure out a better way to scan pictures the system that is being used today is inadequate.
