We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this U-Haul location! Duane, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making our experience as easy and stress-free as possible. The customer service was outstanding, the equipment was clean and ready to go, and Duane made the entire rental process quick and easy. It’s not every day you come across someone who truly takes pride in their business and cares about their customers. We are so thankful for Duane and his kindness throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone who needs moving services. Five stars all the way!

DANIELLE CLow rating caused by u-haul app contact info not updated. I was sent to the wrong location and given the wrong phone number. Interaction with the retailer was five stars.
RICKY BI have no clue if it's the location or the horrible U-Haul app but it took two days for the truck to get checked in after I did self check in and it locked up at finalization. I contacted you all chat for help two days in a row nothing happened. So finally after all the logistics of the move I was ready to go ballistic and it was closed out in the morning with no extra charges but just not a good experience
