The initial site where we were to drop off the truck was a laundromat! No U-Haul personnel or facility anywhere in site. We had to drive it to another location which was a BP station. He was helpful and we were able to leave it there.

I spent 2 hours and 40 minutes getting the contract setup correctly so I could get it right and leave. That was absolutely ridiculous. I do not ever recommend going to a rental place and try to get the rental setup correctly there at the place. Never again.
