Very friendly and polite U-Haul dealer
Carlos SWas quoted one price charged double. Was told the return location would be open, it was not. took well over 30 min to rent a trl that I already reserved and had to go to different location to pick up. Man never came out to inspect the trailer

Richard WThe initial site where we were to drop off the truck was a laundromat! No U-Haul personnel or facility anywhere in site. We had to drive it to another location which was a BP station. He was helpful and we were able to leave it there.
