The truck we were supposed to rent was not returned in time so the guy at the desk allowed us to either rent a 20ft at the price of the 15ft or get the 10ft. But there was a 15ft truck available that he offered us and the process was seamless.

The Truck was at a different spot then I was told, had to hit for it a bit
Richard SI picked up the trailer the day before I was to use it because they weren’t going to be open when I left, I left the lot at 1457, my email says 1430. The next day I called and said I would be there at 1500 and was told it would be another day rental. I decided to take it back the next day and the parking lot was full of vehicles which made it more difficult to back it in.
