I was told to drop it off at this location and got charged a 250 something charge for dropping off at the wrong location after being told to drop it off here. I filed a dispute and haven't heard anything and nobody will talk to me about it

Got an extra charge from them for an extra day when it was returned the day it was supposed to. Then changed the receipt for wrong drop-off location when this is what I selected in the app.
