I picked up the trailer the day before I was to use it because they weren’t going to be open when I left, I left the lot at 1457, my email says 1430. The next day I called and said I would be there at 1500 and was told it would be another day rental. I decided to take it back the next day and the parking lot was full of vehicles which made it more difficult to back it in.

Robert CThe truck needs work on the back door! IRS rough to open and close!!! The latches are rusted. The worker was aware of the issue when we took the truck but you didn’t have anymore and we needed a truck so we went ahead and used it. It was rough to use! We made due. Would use UHaul again but that needs fixed.
