I could not pick up my truck with mobile pickup. The store clerk had the keys so the only way to get keys is if the store is open. Also the clerk would help customers as they came up and delayed giving me the keys

Van was not checked back in when I returned it. I was overcharged about $50 on return with same gas levels and only a few miles beyond estimate. Poor experience.
SYBIL MI dropped off in 6hour when i picked up but they charged 6days I got refund but it gapped $50 cause fuel charge. Even i refuel what I used much. this dropped off station is shit.
