The doors on the truck need to be adjusted as you have to slam both of them every time you open them to get them to close properly and the inside the cab dome light did not work.Could not adjust outside rear view mirror on right side so it was a problem seeing behind on that side. Truck ran well and performed well.

800 reservation was a night mare. Nothing was correct. Wasted 3 hours of my special life on phone for a 15 min job. How do these people get to work. I no they could not follow directions to get to the office. This was a big fat ffffff

This is my fourth rental here. I have never been disappointed. I sold my Chev Suburban and now rent from Uhaul when I need a truck or van. Much more cost effective than full time ownership. I save big $$$

Everything went great. The transaction to receive the trailer went smooth and the turn in was even faster.

The young guy at the station did not know how to Accept the truck return paperwork. I guess he was not shown or trained to do so. He was very polite though and said that his boss would do it in the next morning. We took pictures of our paperwork and noted on our reservation paperwork the time, location and persons name at the counter for future information if something did not pan out correctly. everything was handled the next day without a hitch.

I originally reserved a truck for unattended pickup. when I arrived Roy took 20 minutes to tell me I needed an additional contact to proceed. It took me over 40 minutes to get into a truck because the online verification is so slow. Because of how long Roy took I called the 800 number and switched to an open location, the ladies at the Marathon location were phenomenal, they were very nice and prompt, getting me into the truck in around 5 minutes.

The 26’ moving truck/van that I had rented drove very well, it was clean, and very convenient (moving blankets, dolly, and the ramp were very useful). If I ever have to move again, a call to U-Haul will be my first chore.

Folks at Sunset got it right. I rent often there for that reason. Corporate could do something about mileage rates.... Those Hurt!

very good the ladys were very helpful highly recomend

The man working there was alone. He was waiting on customers while he was waiting on me. I had paid for gas at the pump but he told me I had to buy some more. I was late turning in the truck but he gave me a break so I can't complain. There needs someone there just to handle the uhaul. I had to take a picture of the gas gauge and go back and take a picture of the mileage for him. Took awhile to get done.

(1) Had trouble unhooking a 6 ft by 12 ft trailer. NO jack is attached, which is shortsighted or stupid, if the renter as back trouble. (2)

The person who made the reservation rent the worse transporter he had on the lot, the truck was very good . I ask him for inspection sheet so could document the scratches and dent , he told me that he dint have one, then he told me that they don't do inspection . He dint not come out to show me how to hook-up the transporter to the. Vehicle .

Guess it was my fault. It said 19.99. I went 22 miles away and back to deliver a table. It cost me 61.00. I did take the 10.00 insurance because I just moved here and got new insurance and was unaware of the coverage. I like the service and the quality of the van. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Helpful in explaining policies.
