No hand truck was available still got charged for it. Mobile check in for pick up took 30 minutes because it was stuck waiting for approval

Terry FThis was not a good experience. No functioning air conditioning and no functioning radio. I needed the truck so i asked for a credit or price reduction, the answer I received was "no, I can just put the truck out of service if you prefer." Terrible customer service.
