Better help or instructions. I didn't leave there until 12:15 -12:20 because the gentleman wouldn't help me. He just kept saying I chose 24/7. I didn't understand I had to download and check out the UHaul through an app. So I left late returned the truck around 12 something and was charged an extra full days charge. This was no customer or user friendly. There was a pile of dirt in the back of the truck we had to remove and when driving you had to hold the wheel at an angle to figure out how to keep the truck straight. I have to say this is the FIRST time I have ever had an issue while using U-Haul and I have been using it for years. I'm 49 years old.
