I was incorrectly charged $25 for a cleaning fee. I contacted customer service and was able to provide pictures with time stamps that the truck was clean upon return and was issued a refund. One thing of note, I dropped the truck off on Tuesday 5/26, but the customer service rep said it was not marked as checked in until Wednesday 5/27. I thought that was odd.

I swept the box and made sure the cab was clean. The charged me $25 and said they had to clean it. I called 4 times to ask what I missed, they never answered the phone. I left a message asking them to please call me back and tell me what I missed. They never called me back. Zero integrity from this location. I will NEVER use them again!!!!! Period!!!!
