I dropped off after hours so had no interaction with anyone at drop off.
Mitchell FWe had to wait almost an hour to pick up our reservation because the attendant could not get the laptop to cooperate; this is unacceptable considering I already paid and very little fuel. We did receive a credit for no fuel.
Ruth GI dropped it off on a Sunday so I didn’t really see anyone, but it was easy to see where the lockbox drop was. The only issue there was a lot of water in the parking lot.
