The manager was helpful but her helper tried to charge me a cleaning fee telling me it was filled with sand. I only took it from my house to the office dropping off a copy machine. I asked to see the pictures and he had an area of 12"x12" and couldn't show me. I know there wasn't sand in there. It is sad how someone will try to scam you.

DENNIS FEverything went well with the truck & the trailer I agreed to toe for U-Haul (I did not use the trailer). I'm glad I was able to help. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the lady who checked me in. I was all but complete with my Self check-in when the lady came out and said, I can check you in. She then opened the cargo area and said: this could have been swept better but I will let you get away with it". She then had me follow her inside. I usually do the check in myself and everything is smooth. I turned a U-Haul to Lakehills TX and never interacted with anyone and the process was Awesome. Although I have appreciate U-Haul as a company, I will never go to this specific location again.
