Scheduled a rental for 5:00pm. Confirmed by uhaul via email and phone call. Location closed with sign in window to call or text. Did both, no answer. For response 8:30 that they had errands to run. Asked about 12:3p ish next day. Agreed. Called me back at 12:30 and said had errands to run could I come now? What??. Went and signed paperwork. Told to load trailer on my own. Once loaded, owner/ clerk came out and plugged in trailer wire asked me for good review. Told me to drop trailer next day and take picture of where I dropped it. Again not in the location. Do not rent here.
