The location has a red sign on the door indicating that the building is condemned by the fire marshal. We were uncomfortable leaving our personal car on site for the duration of our rental. The store manager had to call a main rental hub in order for us to complete our check-in and return process. The truck was not very clean, but worst of all, the air conditioning did not work. It was 95 degrees that we were using the truck. When I returned the truck, I asked the rental desk for a partial refund on my rental due to the lack of air conditioning. From what I can tell on the receipt, I was given a $20 "customer service refund", which means that I still paid $106.00 for the 4-hour rental, plus $40 of gas to do the 80-mile round trip move. Overall, I would not return to this location, and would probably not use U-Haul again.

BRENTON WTruck was dirty didn't have my dolley and was poorly maintained. The ac barely worked and it used alot of gas. I had to put 8 gallons in just to get back to a half a tank! I only went 48 miles
