You could tell the people here care about the equipment keep it in good
JAMES SWe had to drive 200+ miles to pick up the truck due to "lack of trucks" in Alaska. We were not notified until 2 days prior. Although we were "reimbursed" with extra miles and days to travel, this delayed our over 3500 mile relocation. For a charge of $4400.00, it seems like Uhaul could do a better job. The representative Becky at the pick up location did a fine job, courteous and helpful. Uhaul should better meet the needs of people who use moving equipment in Alaska.
LESLIE FWe got the truck and supplies we needed but it took over 1/2 hour to get the transaction completed (even though I made an online reservation). It seems the POS system wasn't operating like it should.
