The ratchet for the tire straps were both broken. I told the guy when I dropped it off it needed to get fixed

JOSEPH PStart putting hand crank winches on your car haulers because a large percentage of the cars being hauled are not running which makes it hard to load unless a person happens to have their own a simple non powered hand crank winch would be sufficient
