I was picking up a truck on a Saturday. I called and asked if we could have a later pick up time. They assured me that it would not be an issue, but they were closing at 10:30 am. Once I arrived, I was great warmly with smiles and a pleasant greeting. Since I used the U Haul app, the process went very quickly. I was walked out to the truck and it was explained how to return the truck during after hours. It was a great rental. everything went very smooth.

PHILLIP NThe office was closed so had to do self drop off the process of taking all the pictures was a little tedious since it took a long time to upload. Also we paid for 24 blankets but only used 12. How will we be reimbursed for that?
