The owner was there even though his business was not open for business. However, he was very helpful with suggestions as we were having issues the your App and getting the code for the truck key. Your App is very undesirable. For a business pushing pickups at locations other than the huge U-haul/Storage facilities, your App cannot handle the track. I had a hard time getting my picture to load, kept saying there was an internal error. I was already inconvenienced by having to pick the truck up at at different location. Then it have issues with getting the code did made things worse. However, I eventually got the code and was on my way and returned the truck before I was contracted to return. Outside of JC Tire (again was very pleasant and helpful), the pick-up was a very poor.

Do the straping right next time
Nikolaus SI was charged $15.75 for a not refueling the truck to the original mark. However, using your chart I put 6 gallons of fuel in which is what the chart showed I needed to do and it was not enough. I'm a little irritated about this...
Karol KThey were not there and there was no phone service. It took us roughly 45 minutes to figure out how to get the truck and then to submit the photos for the electronic pick-up. I would only go there if you know someone will be on-site.
ELIZABETH S1. Don’t smoke in front of customer and their children 2. Be more competent in the rental process so that the customer doesn’t have to call uhaul their self in order to get the process moving 3. Be more efficient so the process doesn’t take 45 minutes
