Our original reservation was cancelled the day before our move and we were not offered any compensation for the additional mileage to the new location. The truck we rented did not have a ramp, which made loading and unloading difficult. I have never seen a moving truck without a ramp. Overall, this Uhaul experience made for a very stressful move for our daughter going back to college.
Chris VLocation was great, no issues with the location. However if Uhaul reads these, they really need to improve their app. I got stuck in an endless loop of taking pictures of the truck while doing the self return through the app. It took me a half hour to make it through the process due to numerous bugs with the app.....
