Location was great, no issues with the location. However if Uhaul reads these, they really need to improve their app. I got stuck in an endless loop of taking pictures of the truck while doing the self return through the app. It took me a half hour to make it through the process due to numerous bugs with the app.....

BRADY TYour app and website were horrible was on with customer service for 40 mi utes jad to wait for store to open to get truck. Lost an hour of my time. Once store opened and we talked to a human everything was great. The app could not find my location. We tried two different phones and going on website as well.
MICHAEL PI did not want the Safe Move protection plan when I reserved the truck. At pickup, it was added to my rental without asking for my consent. I had to call to request to have it removed. I believe it will ultimately happen, but 24 hours and three phone calls later, I'm still waiting for a manager to call me with the approval and confirmation I will get the fee refunded.
