Make sure your hours of operation are correct on all forums. Online and at the store the hours listed are not correct…it shows open until 3pm on Saturdays multiple papers posted on windows and google YET no one was there and when I called 1-800-uhual the had different hours.

Phone check in was confusing. AFTER you have my reservation and CC info you want to get a reference to verify. You won’t use the same number to verify me. Wouldn’t allow my wife with separate number verify me. Fortunately the office was open and staff was able to expedite my process.
