People running the store are very nice. Why am I charged a "vehicle cost recovery fee" for a trailer? What is the recovery cost? I picked the trailer up and dropped off. literally NOTHING ELSE TO DO.? No cleaning, no motor, no gas, no blankets, for a trailer. Phony charge for a trailer, that part is a disappointment. RIGOBERTO QThe after hours pick up is too difficult with the cell reception. It is also not intuitive where the truck was located. Also, the staff put in the incorrect equipment. So, I had to go to another location the next day and carry out the equipment myself. Finally, turning into traffic is challenging on that 2 way street. The evening traffic is busy.
Kawone HThe store manager was rude and did not care to take any accoubtability fornthe fact her store failed to put a dolly (that Inpaid for) in the truck I reserved. I had to move 3 rooms with heavy furniture without that critical toll I requested from them. Only to have the manager address me with aggression and disrespect. Will not do business with this uhail store again and definitely wouldnt recommend ANYONE to that store.
