How U-Haul Reviews WorkTried returning a truck and it wouldn't let me do it through the app. It was late night and I tried it again and again I had to sit on the phone with customer service for an hour to clear it all up.
TYLER DThe app didn’t work for me. I think it was because of a one bar signal on my t-mobile phone.
Grayson SNever got the key box open so wasn’t able to pick the truck up and couldn’t get in contact with no one and I was charge after chatting online and saying they were going to cancel
Ariel AAsk the damn customer to give your their correct cell phone number. They do not own the number they gave you so I was getting spammed for their damn appointment
