This was an online pickup. The keys are lactated far from the truck and the online pickup was more of a hassle than it was work. The real location is much better.
Michael GThe equipment lot is around the corner and down the hill but there was someone on sight to get my trailer hooked up. Both guys were very nice, professional and quick. I don't usually like UHaul and don't rent their trucks but the trailer I rented was fine.
