The reason for the above average rating is due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the young man that rented me the van. If I were to rate the Location itself it would just be average

Franklin HFriendly, efficient service on the phone and in person. Easy pick up and drop off. Very reasonably priced. Overall positive exerience.
Kathleen LTried returning a truck and it wouldn't let me do it through the app. It was late night and I tried it again and again I had to sit on the phone with customer service for an hour to clear it all up.
TYLER DThe app didn’t work for me. I think it was because of a one bar signal on my t-mobile phone.
