The van could have used a wash and vacuum from the last customer. Sitting under the trees out back left residue on the windows. It could be cleaned from the windshield, but not the doors. Aside from that, everything was fine. Very friendly and communicative staff. Good van.
GARY DPeople running the store are very nice. Why am I charged a "vehicle cost recovery fee" for a trailer? What is the recovery cost? I picked the trailer up and dropped off. literally NOTHING ELSE TO DO.? No cleaning, no motor, no gas, no blankets, for a trailer. Phony charge for a trailer, that part is a disappointment.
