nobody was at location when our pickup was scheduled we couldn't use the app. 1) because there no cell service at the area plus when I did have cell coverage the app asked for two contacts one being employer and when you are retired it sticks you in a loop you can not get out of. On the bright side I Called the local U Haul contact number and she was very helpful in getting my reservation filled. Once I was able to get into my truck the furniture pads which I reserved and paid for were not in the truck. Again the local representative located some pads but they were 30 minutes away and I would have to get them. I made this reservation a week prior so I am not sure what the problem was.

He never suggested I walk around the truck and inspect it or anything before I pulled out just showed me the gas tank level and overdrive feature
