The owner / manager was extremely rude. Someone changed my trip to a one way and it cost me more money. He went in his office, told us to wait, locked us out and ignored us. When he finally came back out he was abrasive and rude. I did not drop off at sew what. I dropped off at the same place i got the truck from, just like I told them I was going to
