The truck I rented was in bad shape. When starting the engine it required several attempts, and I feared it would not restart on several occasions. The gear shifter was very sticky, and some features in the cab did not work - the 12v outlets did not work at all, and the windshield wipers worked only occasionally. In addition, the driver side door was not fitted tightly, and rattled as soon as the truck was moving at speed. It was so noisy it was hard to hear anything. The rental location was difficult to find, but the person I dealt with was very nice. I have no complaints about this.

The trucks are spotless - literally; smell really good - not like cigarettes which I REALLY appreciated and they leave a little bag in the truck to encourage users to take their trash with them. I can honestly say these were the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever dealt with. Such a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be sending people to them and I will make them my go to place for U-Haul rentals.
