Mark W.There was no one there when we dropped off, which wasn't a big deal. We did the check in online and that was great. But we couldn't find a drop box for the keys, which caused a lot of confusion. We spent extra time contacting UHaul customer service. Had to leave the keys in an unlocked truck, which wasn't ideal.
