Thomas KOrdered furniture dolly’s (they’re longer) and was not available however they did have the 4 wheel rolling ones. I was transferred to this location as there was not a size available in my area and the truck itself had the check engine light off sounding like it was gonna give out on us. The location I was at needs to update their address as it takes you to a back alley with no information on the place you need to go to check in and get the keys (on the total opposite side in a boutique but it’s not listed as that) the lady at the desk was very sweet and she was doing a great job trying to help us out. Her alone made the stressful experience much better !
Hailey CI was to take a 20 ft van but when I got into it, it would not start. Mamu called her contact immediately asking what to do. Turned out the 26 footer had just come back. I was able to take that for the cost of the 20ft. Great location, great store that Uhaul and a great person to deal with. Sometimes I just wish it was still zero dollars per km.😊. Paying that fee now sometimes hurts the pocketbook.
