Upon pick up, all of the windows were heavily frosted. I had to use my own scraper and my time to clean the windows before I could use the vehicle. I expect the vehicle to be ready to go upon arrival. Also, I was expected to sweep out the back of the truck upon return, but there is no broom on board. I don’t normally carry a broom with me, so how am I supposed to broom out the back of the truck? Please provide one.

Grant ITrailer was clean inside. Outside was full of gravel. Didn’t come to hook up. Equipment was on the other side of the lot. Had me hook up and bring to him to inspect and take picture
HARRY PThe service overall was good. But the agent was late to open. The place was supposed to open at 9 and I had booked the truck for 9 but he showed up 10min late and there were 4 ppl waiting.
