Reserved several days before pickup dolly and blankets. None were available at time of pickup. Truck windshield was covered with .5 inch ice. No scraper available.
John TIt took 1 hour at the from desk to get the paper work done due to a system lag. The agent was very helpful and apologized for the delay.
Orlando PI rented on a Saturday. Went to drop the rental off at 4:50 and nobody was there, even though hours listed were from 9am-5pm. Otherwise it was a quick pick up.
