How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter 35+ years of renting from Uhaul, I can no longer recommend the company. Your insistence on using your website, which doesn't work, to upload photos, coupled with your deceptive insurance practices - which amount to fraud, means I will never rent from you again, and let everyone know why. When checking in, the default is insurance "on," even though I repeatedly declined insurance in my reservation. The clerk did not uncheck, so I was charged when I was not supposed to. Now I have to jump through multiple hoops to get my money back. This practice is illegal in several states, and soon will be throughout the US. Stop being jerks and end this practice now!
Sean OI’ve been to many places to pick up a u-haul but this place beats them all. The lady behind the counter was so professional and very attentive to my needs. She made the entire experience easy. Thank you once again.
ANGEL HI had a great experience with this rental location. It was close to my destination and the crew was kind and professional. The truck works well.
Alex Jwas super helpful when renting a truck just for a few hours.
