RYAN HThe truck interior was filthy with loose tobacco all on the floor and yellow stuff sprayed all over the dash. The truck ran great and did what we needed toy to do, but the customer service was terrible.. The pickup location was changed and the supplies we ordered were not with the truck. U-Haul expected us to drive across town to pick up the supplies from the original place the truck was supposed to be. Very difficult to cancel and get a refund. Extremely inconvenient.
