With it being on the weekend the store was closed. Doing the pickup by internet worked, but took calling the 800 number to try to get the transaction approved. Trouble occurred because it was so hot in the parking lot where the truck was parked that my phone was to hot and the glare to great such that I could not take or transmit a picture of the truck. We were stuck outside in the heat about an hour.
Joseph KThe U-Haul app never worked for us. Our reservation in advance had to be made two additional times so we had to stop at three different places. The website was not working. The app never worked.
Mary DDonny helped me out again. I borrowed a 5 x 9 trailer with a ramp to move some heavy items from one place to another. The folks at this location are always professional and pleasant. Erika is Awesome! This is my go to location.
