The guy who hooked up my trailer did it poorly. Left one of the hooks loose and it came unhooked during my drive. The chain began smacking my car causing damage to my bumper. I had to buy bungee cords to keep them in place for my 2,000 mile drive.

I've even had him get in and back my truck up when the return is tricky. He is fantastic. If you come across anything negative about this location, don't believe it. These folks are the best.
James PSecond time that I have rented here that the tire pressure was not at max rated pressure. This time the tire pressure was at 39 psi and 53 psi, not 65 psi. Suggest filling both tires to the same max rated tire pressure.
