They told me my trucks fuses were the reason the lights on the trailer didn't work. So a trip to the parts store and $14 in fuses later, turns out the issue was the trailer itself. Ended up having to get a smaller trailer which dis cause some issues. They people were very nice and apologetic but it was still an aggravating experience.

Joel FWith it being on the weekend the store was closed. Doing the pickup by internet worked, but took calling the 800 number to try to get the transaction approved. Trouble occurred because it was so hot in the parking lot where the truck was parked that my phone was to hot and the glare to great such that I could not take or transmit a picture of the truck. We were stuck outside in the heat about an hour.
Joseph KThe U-Haul app never worked for us. Our reservation in advance had to be made two additional times so we had to stop at three different places. The website was not working. The app never worked.
