The trailer was improperly installed and damaged the tailgate of my 2025 $80,000 truck! The worker said and I quote, he forgot to put the pin in the trailer connection. This could have been tragic because the trailer came off while exiting I-49 with cars behind and a 2 year old child in car seat. Very disappointed! Poor Rating!
