It was convenient but I do not like how I was charged the same price for using it only an hour and a half and 4 hours. I feel there should have been no reason for pay $60 for an hour and a half of use and barely 30 miles.

It was easy to find the rental center, but the office was hard to find since it was in the dinner and the counter was unoccupied both times I stepped in. A sign on the door U-Haul management inside would have helped with my confusion
ROGER MPerfect and helpful
JASON CI was charged for a dolly rental but we did not get a dolly on the truck. We disputed the charge but it was never removed from our invoice.
