Scott HFagers was great. The Shrewsbury location was horrible. Office was closed even though it said it would be open. Keys were not available in the box. No code was given and the first customer service person at U-Haul transferred me and I remained on hold for over 10 minutes. The final person I talked to was helpful and got me a truck a the Fager location. I lost over an hour of my time as a result. Again Fager was great, truck was great, but Shrewsbury and the first customer service person and the system for logging in was horrible.
MARKO BMoving items I reserved that were important to make my move easier was not on the truck. No moving blankets, no dolly. I reserved two Dolly's. No one on site to speak with to get this fixed. Took longer to move without the equipment. I had to call twice to request a refund of equipment. App was not working at check-in so took an additional 40 mins to complete that out in the cold.
