The truck operated and met our needs, but we ordered a dozen blankets but they were not in the vehicle. This is the second time I ordered blankets but they were not in the truck. Fortunately, I had a few blankets in my car that I could use, but suggest U-Haul inform customers at the time of ordering online whether or not the blankets would be available. I am satisfied with the overall experience so I will likely rent a future U-Haul.
