It took almost 45 minutes to pick up the truck using the mobile app. to include multiple log ins, a call with customer service, the inability of the app to read my driver's license among other issues. The experience was beyond frustrating.....the app lacks the ability to auto focus the picture and there isn't an option to do it manually causing multiple retakes and significant delays. This needs attention as the process eliminates the value of the rental.

Randal BThe truck operated and met our needs, but we ordered a dozen blankets but they were not in the vehicle. This is the second time I ordered blankets but they were not in the truck. Fortunately, I had a few blankets in my car that I could use, but suggest U-Haul inform customers at the time of ordering online whether or not the blankets would be available. I am satisfied with the overall experience so I will likely rent a future U-Haul.
