Was dropping off after hours, signage for the key drop and instructions for where to park could have been a little clearer, but still was able to manage. Not sure about lighting as it was still daylight out, but the lot was clean. It's a touch entrance/exit that close to the intersection, but I don't think there's anything that could be done about that. Also, this survey is forcing me to answer yes/no on personnel even though I had no interaction with any.
