I made a reservation online for same day pickup and drop-off. Was very easy and provided several options to meet my needs. I arrived at the pick up location and was able to check in and everything with just my phone. It was very easy clear instructions. The only issue I had was that the ground was a little slippery due to all the rain we have gotten. It had nothing to do with location or the truck. Drop off was a breeze. Will definitely use uhaul and the mobile check in option again and would absolutely recommend to everyone. Thanks
Laura MThis place was way over priced for 19.95 a day rental and only went 30 miles come out to 150 dollars for 7 hour rental and 30 miles they placed pick up way out the way so you use more miles I will never use them again and wouldn't Refer anyone

dylan gWe were scheduled to pick up at a UHAL location in Beaumont then had to be changed to YesDog because of availability. When we arrived to pickup we had been changed to mobile pickup without being informed. We had no code to get our key and no one was on site to talk to. We waited on hold and going around in circles on the phone for an hour before someone finally got us the code and a link to take pictures.
