We were scheduled to pick up at a UHAL location in Beaumont then had to be changed to YesDog because of availability. When we arrived to pickup we had been changed to mobile pickup without being informed. We had no code to get our key and no one was on site to talk to. We waited on hold and going around in circles on the phone for an hour before someone finally got us the code and a link to take pictures.
JOSHUA YHave a clean truck with gas in it and actually have the equipment dolly that was requested!
John SMy U-Haul rental rep was Chad at Yes Dog Auto Silsbee,Tx. was amazing. He was very polite, accommodating and will help you anyway he can, even being available by phone. I highly recommend him for any U-Haul rental needs. I will definitely use them again!!!
