It was easy dealing with Caleb who assisted me in extending the rental. One issue probably outside the control of the rental location is that the van smelled of cigarette smoke. However it was a pleasure getting assited by Caleb the fellow working at the location.

There may be some disconnect between the online reservation platform and the store's policies, but neither the truck nor the dolly I had reserved were available when I arrived.
