Even though my pickup was scheduled for 10 am I didn’t leave the place until 10:30 am because the place was not open on time. Poor customer service.

The employee was very courteous. However, whether it's the location or the system, this was a poor experience. The keys were not available for remote pick-up - I had to wait three hours after my reservation time for the store to open. The van was very dirty. I had reserved a dolly and pads online, neither of which were available but I was still charged for them. All in all, I'll likely use Penske next time I need a rental.
