Customer service is subpar. I was given a truck with a low tire air pressure sign showing in the dashboard. When I went inside to make the person aware, he told me that I will need to wait in the line, even though I had been there and waited over 40 minutes prior to get a truck. I decided not to wait for another 1+ hour and decided to go ahead and fill up air for the tire. Upon returning the trust, I was not offered any discounts. Overall a terrible experience as a customer and I won't recommend this location to anyone.

Our reservation was for 2pm. The people who had the truck did not drop it off until almost 4pm, so we sat there for two hrs waiting because we drove half an hour to get the truck in the first place. The clerk said it was supposed to be dropped off at 1 and when he called them at 2 when we arrived, they told him they’d be there around 3. The clerk could have called us when the truck was not dropped off on time at 1 to let us know. Or called the prior customer when they didnt return it at 1 to find out how late theyd be. It was a complete mess and total waste of a day sitting around waiting. We were really disappointed.

After placing my order online and choosing or skipping various offers and terms I have to do it again in person when I pick up the vehicle. Would prefer to just do it once. Seems like your systems don't talk to each other.

I was over charged for my rental. When I returned the truck, the gas needle hadn't moved, so I did not put gas before returning. I have called and was promised a follow up to resolve but to date no one has been in touch. Unacceptable customer service.

I was unable to return the key in the drop box at 11pm last night because the key is too thick. This wasted an hour of my time yesterday night and I’m trying to call again this morning to ensure I do not get charged extra for bringing the key back this morning.

Poor communication got relocated without explanation or communication. Had to go 10 miles out of my way to pick up the truck from the new location and still had to pay for those miles both ways. Was also told from my original location that it was $.99/mile and with the new location the charge became $1.29/mile and I was not credited the difference. When I was asking these questions at the new uhaul pickup location I was given a lot of attitude and told that it wasn’t his fault and there was nothing he could do. The serviceman was just downright rude.

retail store was great for pick up and drop off. Registration online was a little confusing and cause some problems at the retail end but the retail operator was gracious and handle the misunderstanding well.
