There is almost no cell signal in that location. Using the App was a nightmare. Each photo took 5 minutes to upload. I will never use the App again.

I requested 2 dolly and neither one was there. App is also very annoying and makes it impossible to drop off. Phone service was helpful but they cant fix anything without photos.

John FI am writing to formally dispute the final charges for my recent rental. I am requesting a substantial reduction or partial reversal of the $92.87 total for the following reasons: • Unprofessional Conduct & Wasted Time: I arrived on time, but the attendant was late and unprofessional. I attempted to use the mobile app for a smooth check-in, but the system failed to recognize my reservation, forcing a manual process that further delayed my move. • Broken Promises: Due to the significant inconvenience and the office's lateness, the attendant verbally promised a service discount that was never applied to this final bill. • Erroneous Fuel Charge: I am being charged $16.50 for 3 gallons of fuel. This is incorrect; I filled the tank myself before return and have photographic evidence of the fuel level and my gas receipt to prove it. • Excessive Billing: Based on the base rate and the promised adjustments, this bill should be approximately $64.00, not $92.87. I have successfully moved into my new residence and have the documentation and photos to support these claims. I expect a correction to reflect the service I was actually promised. Please honor this request and provide the level of customer service expected from your company. Reservation # 26258467
VINCENT HThis was the second U-Haul location I went to, to fulfill my reservation after the first location (provided to me online) did not have the truck I ordered. This location had the truck, but not the hand trucks, or dolly which I also reserved. I find it bewildering that U-Haul seems to have no tracking system for their inventory at these satalite locations, making it necessary for me to track down the equipment on moving day. I had to go to 3 different locations to fulfill what seemed like a fairly routine reservation. Very very frustrating and exhausting!!!
