The employee at the pick up location was not helpful at all. She told me I needed a code which I didn’t have. After contacting the 800 number i was told the employee was the one who had the code. Which turned out to be right. This took over an hour so I lost an hour of rental time. Pick up and drop off locations where not ideal. One was a liquor store the other a gas station. Liquor store was scary.

The customer service is amazing! The U-Haul employee who was there with the U-Haul tow truck was extremely helpful. I arrived just before the place opened, and he showed me how to log in using the app and get the key from the lockbox. His help made everything so easy and convenient. I really appreciate the great customer service!
HABTAMU YI was very frustrated by experience yesterday. I will not rent from this location again and I will tell neighbors about the negative experience. The furniture pads that I reserved were not available, pricing was not transparent (per mileage charge was not disclosed prior to pickup - $1.79 per mile was not communicated at any time prior to pickup). Unacceptable. I expect a refund remuneration for mileage charge.
Catherine ZI chose self checkout and the app was not working and would not let me sign in. No matter how many times i tried neither my parents nor i could get the app to work to get the code to open the lockbox. Luckily a guy there helped us get it out but it was a process. Also found a bottle of urine in the driver side floor. Absolutely disgusting doesnt look like they clean the vehicles thoroughly. The uhaul itself great and easy to unload.
