My reservation and item that I reserved is not on the track
Habtamu YThe check in process was too long and some directions were not clear. It would not accept my pictures of the mileage and license even though they were very clear on my phone. The location and access to the truck were good.

Stop leaving him to attend other customers when you should be helping the customer who first came to you. 2 minutes process took 20 minutes and shop should be open at 10 am as it says on the sign. Doesn’t mean come in at 10 am and then start opening up the shop. People have places to be not to wait
