Could not get checked in using app. Went into the store and the guy checked me in, but charged me for insurance I declined and a dolly that he did not provide. Disappointing. Will be seeking a refund of overcharge.

Pamela JThe vehicle was not clean. Upon attempting to use the pullout ramp, I discovered it was not possible because the floor was damaged which would cause the ramp to get stuck - unable to be pulled out. This was discovered once we started to load items on the truck, and it was already too late in the evening to return the truck. Upon returning the vehicle the next day, I showed the attendee the damage. He responded that they had already notified the mechanics. I mentioned that they should not have rented out the truck as one cannot use the ramp to load items unto the truck.
