This was the second U-Haul location I went to, to fulfill my reservation after the first location (provided to me online) did not have the truck I ordered. This location had the truck, but not the hand trucks, or dolly which I also reserved. I find it bewildering that U-Haul seems to have no tracking system for their inventory at these satalite locations, making it necessary for me to track down the equipment on moving day. I had to go to 3 different locations to fulfill what seemed like a fairly routine reservation. Very very frustrating and exhausting!!!

This location over charged me for mileage by 200 miles. Do not trust this location.
MARK SWas told by employee renting me the U-Haul “I know nothing about U-Haul hitches. I just sell beer.”. Trailer was pretty rough looking. Also, trailer door gets stuck in the open position and was extremely hard to close.
Kevin KI was charged for the wrong mileage. I called and the representative acknowledged that he accidentally put in the wrong mileage and he would fix it and send a new receipt. I have not yet received a new receipt so I assume the error has not been fixed. I was charged for 8 extra miles. I would love to have this fixed.
