The vehicle was not clean. Upon attempting to use the pullout ramp, I discovered it was not possible because the floor was damaged which would cause the ramp to get stuck - unable to be pulled out. This was discovered once we started to load items on the truck, and it was already too late in the evening to return the truck. Upon returning the vehicle the next day, I showed the attendee the damage. He responded that they had already notified the mechanics. I mentioned that they should not have rented out the truck as one cannot use the ramp to load items unto the truck.
Paul MThere is almost no cell signal in that location. Using the App was a nightmare. Each photo took 5 minutes to upload. I will never use the App again.
Maria MI requested 2 dolly and neither one was there. App is also very annoying and makes it impossible to drop off. Phone service was helpful but they cant fix anything without photos.
TREY KIt took 1.5 hours to pickup my vehicle. There was only one staffer and he didn’t know how to process reservations
