I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up my truck. The owners policy is to wait on customers instore first and U haul when there is no customers. Same with return.Had moving crew wait and had to pay them for waiting. Truck wasnot lockedwhen i got my keys. Smoking was the previous customer. Also his printer did not work so all paperwork wasvia my phone.
