The place was closed I did a after hours drop off
gary kLocation was great, Collection and Return process not so much. Not straightforward and requires internet connection which was not great and made the experience frustrating. Thankfully the vendor helped me closeout the drop off in the end.
DANIEL JSalting the parking lot as it was a complete Ice rink very dangerous to walk on
Tanner NThe parking lot and trucks were full of ice. Fell and hurt myself. Did not lay any salt down where the trucks were. Trucks were stuck. Also the truck was damaged in the back and no way of knowing until we had it filled up. I would go to a new location next time. Also the online system needs some updating as well. Some of the process was not working correctly.
